A profile that says you can do admin, social media, design, bookkeeping, SEO, ads, customer service and video editing can make it harder for a client to understand your strongest offer. Start with the role you are most prepared to perform and make the rest of the profile support that direction.
Write a specific headline
Use the job title or service a client is likely to recognize, such as Executive Virtual Assistant, Shopify VA, Customer Support VA or Social Media Assistant. Add one or two relevant strengths if they genuinely help clarify the offer.
Make the profile overview easy to scan
- Open with the type of work you can help with.
- Mention the most relevant skills and workflows you have practised.
